I'm a Yoga Teacher and Coach. Here's my website for yoga. As a 500-hour registered yoga teacher (RYT), I love to teach beginners, power sequences, and chair yoga!
In addition to yoga, my company Online and In Person works with businesses, organizations and individuals to build community and improve communications.
